I do my very best to keep delivery times as short as possible. I aim to process your order within 3-5 working days for delivery. I work with MyParcel.com.

Customs & import fees
Unfortunately I have no control over additional customs charges and import duties outside of the European Union. These charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
Pick up in studio
It is possible to collect orders from our studio. Please add the item(s) to you shopping cart. At Checkout, choose for 'Pickup in studio' as your Shipping method. We'll take it from there and because we need to prepare the order, we'll contact you when it's ready for pick up.
All our products will be carefully wrapped to make the illustration feel like a present. Then the illustrations are packed with extreme care to ensure a delivery without any damage.
Returning your item
Not satisfied with your purchase? You may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please return the item in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to return?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org informing us of the item you wish to return, the order number, your name and IBAN bank account number. Please also inform us with the reason for return so we can continue to improve our products and service.
You may return your product to our studio address. Stop by if you are in the neighbourhood or ship the package to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Defect or wrong item?
If we sent you the wrong item or your item displays a defect as a result of a manufacturing error or is damaged during shipping, please let us know within 14 days from receiving the item via email@example.com. We will refund the costs of returning the item(s) and send you the new and correct item(s) as soon as possible, if stock is available.
