The prints are designed to fit perfectly into a 19 3/4" x 27,5" / 50x70cm IKEA 'Ribba' photo frame with mat (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/90301621/). The signature and edition number are positioned just above the bottom part of the mat and written with a light grey pencil.
You can estimate your illustration's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. I typically process in-stock prints within 72 business hours. The transit / delivery time depends on your location and the distance from Voorburg, the Netherlands.
Delivery times may vary
Within the Netherlands a delivery time of around 2 business days for in-stock prints may be expected. Within Europe it varies but expect to have your illustration delivered within a maximum of two weeks. Shipping outside of Europe might take even longer.
MyParcel and track & trace
I ship the illustrations with MyParcel.com (a Dutch brand aimed for webshops, using the Dutch National Postal Service) and a track & trace code will always be provided. With this track & trace code you can always check the whereabouts of your package
After the order is shipped, you can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your illustration print ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.
I guarantee your satisfaction and I will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items that are broken or damaged. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact me immediately.
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. I have no control over this, and do not have a way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes. I encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. I will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package

Yes, you can. But only an order that has not yet shipped. If the item has not been shipped and you still want to cancel, have your order number available and contact me right away. I am unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please visit the Returns and refunds section on this page or my returns page or contact me for alternate options.
I am unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
Prior to shipping, I only receive a pending pre-authorization request from your financial institution. When I request an authorization for your purchase, your financial institution may place a hold on your account for the amount of that pre-authorization request. While your financial institution may place a hold on the pre-authorized amount, your account will only be charged for the actual transaction amount when the first item on the order is shipped. Any pending refunds will process when all items have shipped.
Most financial institutions will remove a pre-authorization hold from your account when the actual transaction amount is debited from your account or 3-5 business days after the pre-authorization request, whichever occurs sooner. Since policies vary between different financial institutions, I recommend that you contact your financial institution with any further questions about a pre-authorization. Mr. Upside / Michiel Nagtegaal will not release pre-authorization holds.
I strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 14 days after delivery.
I verify the dimensions of all images on my site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (1½"). If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 14 days.
I am not able to guarantee that all orders will arrive in time for holidays, but the expected delivery date will always be indicated. Please be sure to read the delivery information next to each item through the checkout process and note the following:

I recommend using a credit card to ensure timely delivery. For Dutch customers I recommend using the iDeal payment option. Although I offer various payment methods depending on your location, I begin processing your order only after full payment or payment authorization is received. Payment methods other than credit cards take more time to verify, which could delay your order.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with an order confirmation. I will also send you an email when your item ships, with a track & trace code in it. I ship products with MyParcel.com.
Yes, you can send a personal message to the receiver of the product.
During checkout there's a possibility to add a comment. This is a message to me, not the receiver of the product. Comment anything like "This order is a gift" and add your personal message. I'll make sure this message is written on a luxe postcard which will be packed with the product. If you'd like to add a personal message after you've placed your order, you may do so by contacting me before your order ships.
Another way is to contact me and write the personal message in an e-mail. I'll inform you of the possibilities of sending this message with the product.
During checkout you can enter the catalog voucher code in the gift certificate or discount code field. Or if you have received a link with a discount code, use the link when shopping and the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
